The action of removing myself from social time by venturing to the island of Rab, Croatia took place in June 2016 in June 2016. The making of an invisible object of my own time consisted of spending 5 days in a place where no clock or device that measures time have interrupted my stay, while attempting to synchronize with the cycles of nature. The method of reflecting on this experiment was executed through noting my impressions and documenting my time through photography.
Time Off Time is part of a larger (MA) project About Time in which I explored its social, psychological, scientific and spiritual aspect through experiments in photography, writing and design.
